I went through the drivethru today 12/27 around 12-1pm. I ordered a number 5 (two chicken soft tacos meal) with no cheese, size medium with a root beer.
I also ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with bacon & Orange juice for my daughter who does not seem to have any issues and we got 3 churros.
I begin having symptoms of severe stomach discomfort & hot flashes, stomach turning while needing to run to the toilet about 5:50pm | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
