Food poisoning from Roast Beef/Turkey Sandwhich. Two others had turkey only and we determined it was the Beef in the sandwich. Had to call 911 for husband. After a day in the ER they sent him home. Doctors suspect Listeria to be the culprit and will be doing testing to confirm. He also had neck and body stiffness along with 106 fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. Still sick today but well enough to be sent home. With fever down to 102 and loose stools. Was told to make report now to start case. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
