All American Grand Slam (2 bacon, 2 sausage links, Rye $ Sourdough toast, 3 eggs scrambled with cheese.), water.Ate on March 8th ~9:30PM
Symptoms started around 11pm. My stomach was churning and I was overly gassy. Soon after my gag reflex was triggering and I would almost dry heave. I’ve been to the bathroom with diarrhea 5 or 6 times from ~11pm-7am. Here it is Friday 3/9/18 and I’m still sick to my stomach and constantly on the toilet. I’ve been overly dehydrated even though I’ve drank close to 30oz of water during that time frame. I haven’t slept for more than an hour, it’s my last few days on the job and I had to call in.
