Ate part of a turkey leg and a corn on the cob from a cart at here on June 13th Had severe diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days alond with fever and chills. Only other things eaten that day were a churro and a frozen lemonade. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
