I got the Dole Garden Salad. I added some shredded cheese, cucumbers, and light ranch. Within the next couple of hours, I started to feel sick. I had a headache, I was lightheaded/nauseous and ended up vomiting three times throughout the day, each time worse than before! Each time I threw up, there was lettuce and vegetable pieces in it that weren’t broken down yet. After that, I took some Tums and drank a little ginger ale and went to sleep. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Lightheaded
