- comments: observed no clean-up items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on floor under table,behind refrigerator,in between shelving units,on floor next to helium tanks,in corner & behind pallets near roll-up door in rear storage area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 8/12/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom right & left corners of rear roll-up door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must repair or replace worn door gasket on walk in cooler door.

- comments: must clean debris build up from reach in freezers & coolers,cashier booths,some display shelves.

- comments: must provide lids on garbage cans in unisex toilet rooms.

- comments: must elevate,remove and or organize shelving units on floor in rear storage area.
