i ate domino's pizza that had meatballs on it. it was supposed to have italian sausage but got meatballs instead. the meat tasted off, but i ate it anyway. that was monday night. wednesday night had very bad cramping, stomach noises, explosive diarrhea that would seep out, sulphur burps, fever and nausea. it has lasted over 15 hours and is still going on. even after taking immodium, maalox, and pepto bismol. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Burping
