Additional information: Yesterday, March 2nd, we had a chicken pizza and two chicken appetizers too, and we didn't drink anything unusual, neither alcohol nor soft drinks. Today I woke up with nausea, stomach pain and vomiting with very strong contractions, my head and belly aches and I feel very weak and broken down.
