September 16 2019 for dinner I ordered One small pepperoni and bacon, one large with sausage and mushrooms and a stuff cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeno. I ate a slice of each. At 2am I woke up freezing because I had a fever. I started to feel nauseous and ended up in the toilet vomiting ever pizza slice I ate. I couldn't stop vomiting so my wife went a gas station at 3am to buy me motion sickness pills to stop my head from spinning and vomiting. I didn't get any sleep and I still have a fever, feel nauseous and feel like vomiting. It's 6pm the following day and I still feel sick. Tennessee is the worst state when it comes to food. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
