Only ate 2 slices of stuffed crust pizza with bacon and sausage and one brownie. Within 30 minutes I have these horrible noises coming from stomach area and I have been on the toilet now for almost 2 hrs. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
