Only ate 2 slices of stuffed crust pizza with bacon and sausage and one brownie. Within 30 minutes I have these horrible noises coming from stomach area and I have been on the toilet now for almost 2 hrs.

Spinach Alfredo Pizza Illness

Ordered spinach alfredo pizza around 1140pm. Woke up this AM to vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramps. My husband got sick from the pizza as well.
