To make matters worse, shortly after consuming the pizza, I and my family members began experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. It was a distressing and painful experience that required medical attention. I had to consult a doctor and incurred additional medical expenses as a result of consuming the contaminated food.
I am deeply concerned about the lack of food safety and quality control in your establishment, as this incident not only jeopardized my health but also tainted my perception of Domino's Pizza as a trusted food provider. Food poisoning is a serious matter, and it is essential that establishments like yours maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food preparation, and quality to ensure the safety and well-being of your customers.
I request that you take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement stricter quality control measures to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.
Additionally, I kindly request a refund for my order and reimbursement for the medical expenses incurred due to this incident.
