I bought a large pepperoni, mushroom, and olive pizza for myself. I'm 22 so I can eat a huge portion and eat the rest for later. I ate 75 percent of the pizza and just didn't feel alright after some time. 4 hours later, I went to bed and found it really difficult to be comfortable with my stomach causing me issues. I sat up and got this vomiting feeling, so I just went straight to the toilet and vomited and had straight water diarrhea. This occured three times through the night now. But there might be more.. The vomiting seems to have subsided though I still feel like I need to vomit for long periods. I have chills and feel really cold under the blankets, barely getting sleep. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
