Pizza, Pasta Illness Strikes - Domino's Pizza, Rochester Minnesota

Partner and I ordered two different pizzas and two different pasta bowls. I ate my chicken alfredo pasta and one slice of my pepperoni, bacon, and black olive pizza. Roughly 9-10 hours later, I had sudden and severe vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea. I assumed it was the chicken until my partner ate a slice of my leftover pizza the next night and is now suffering the same fate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
