I ate a thin crust pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce and spinach and mushrooms. Have been experiencing severe nausea and a headache ever since. I ordered a sub and pizza, I was called to say there was no mushrooms so I didn’t want the pizza anymore. When I went to pick up my sub they said someone went to the grocery store to get mushrooms and my pizza was coming out. I wish now no one went to get mushrooms and I didn’t eat that pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache

Update 12/31/21 intermittent nausea throughout the night. Woke up nauseas with stomach cramping.
