Thin crust pizza with pepperoni and ham. Boneless chicken tenders. Ate the pizza at approximatley 3pm and the chicken reheated later that night around 7-8pm. Woke up at 4am vomitting and with diarrhea. Has been going on for 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
