Food Safety Report: Domino's Pizza - London - Chiswick, Chiswick High Road, London, United Kingdom.

Domino's Pizza - London - Chiswick, Chiswick High Road, London, United Kingdom

317 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 4HH England, United Kingdom

I'm raising a complaint because I'm very upset about an order I placed on Saturday night.
My order was for 4 large pizzas : 1 cheese & tomato, 1 veggie with no cheese,1 supreme meat, 1 chicken.
I found out Sunday morning that 2 of my friends who were sharing the chicken pizza were both violently ill all night and it continued all day and they're still unwell today. It's clear they had some form of Food Poising!
Not only I am really upset about my friends illness, but I am also really disappointed about the way the manager of the Chiswick High St branch handled my call yesterday. When I raised my concern over the phone she didn't seem concerned at all, if anything she seemed annoyed and very defensive.
The most frustrating part of the conversation was that she couldn’t find the order I placed! Which was very patronizing, when I know exactly which phone I used to call Dominos and have the log in my phone.
The Manager then repeatedly told me she couldn't find my order using my postcode! You would think a delivery business would be able to find client by postcode, wouldn't you? There seems to be a big flaw in the system regarding this process. And regardless of whether she could or couldn't find my order I was informing her that people had been ill from eating chicken. Meaning they could have salmonella, which is a very serious illness for children, pregnant women and the elderly. This is why I was contacting the branch. At no point was I reassured that they were going to check the chicken that was used, or stop using that chicken.
The whole situation is completely unacceptable and after how this serious situation was dealt with over the phone I highly doubt I will be ordering from Dominos again. | Symptoms: Vomiting
