I had order two pizzas, pepperoni with onion and a sausage with olives. I ate them yesterday night about 10pm, I woke today around 8:45am with a terrible pain in my lower abdomen. I got to the restroom and sit forever then I threw up in my bathtub it's 10:15am I'm still in my bathroom | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
