Had primavera pasta and parmesan bread bites with garlic butter sauce. Have had severe diarrhea and nausea all day today.,Not sure Only me, no one else was here. I woke up this morning with it and still going on. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
