Additional information: I have eaten at this location many times and I would always have their Alfredo and chicken pasta but, the first time I try the pizza and I get food poisoning. I just looked it up on my banking and it was on Monday January 16th and was $20.03 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
