Yesterday via DoorDash, I ordered breakfast for myself and my four siblings. Shortly after we had eaten, we all began to experience severe nausea, stomach aches, fatigue, vomiting, and diarrhea. One of my brothers noted that his sausage McMuffin tasted peculiar - sour and tingly - so I encouraged him to dispose of it. Despite not finishing his meal, he and the rest of us encountered the same adverse symptoms. In total, my order included three sausage McMuffins, two steak bagels, and one large frappe - sufficient for five people. The frappe, designated for myself and my brother, failed to reach us intact due to poor packaging, causing it to melt and spill inside its bag. I had a terrible experience with this location, and DoorDash is presently investigating the matter. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
