Spicy Chips Trigger Nausea - Doritos, Cape Town Western Cape

4 years ago reported by user-qpyhg946

Doritos, Cape Town, South Africa

Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

Whenever I eat the Doritos spicy flavor (blue packet) I get sick (vomit)

I have had Doritos from many different stores in Bellville and Durbanville and if I eat at least around 3 chips or more (of the sweet chilli pepper flavor) I would get sick. This has happened at least 3 times and for this reason I do not eat them anymore. I wonder if it has something to do with the MSG, vegetable oil or the spices that they contain cause it clearly upsets my stomach. I have had the same problem with Long Chips (the honey and BBQ flavor) and I read that they also have MSG and vegetable oil in the ingredients (could also be the spices). I am not exactly sure why any of these chips make me sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
