- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand sinks in 1st fl. Unisex,staff and girl's,pre k- 101 class room & toilet room & 2nd fl. Girl's. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: must provide a splash guard at hand sink in kitchen next to boxes being stored next to them or remove items to keep from getting wet.

- comments: must eliminate crates used for storage in walk in cooler,prep area near hand sink & chemical storage closet and provide adequate shelving units.

- comments: must repair or replace loose faucet at hand sink in pre-k 101 classroom.

- comments: observed a pinkish stained toilet ring inside of toilet bowl in staff kitchen toilet room must detail clean.

- comments: oobserved outside garbage dumpster with an excessive amount of trash & bags piled up on open lids and on ground around dumpster. Must remove trash,close lids to be tight fitting and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: must repair or replace missing and damaged floor tiles in kitchen staff toilet room,front serving line under milk cooler and office.

Instructed manager to install hand washing sink with hot and cold running water under city pressure, soap and paper towels. ( priority 7-42-090)
