I had 2 orders of hash browns and a sweet and salted cold brew on 4/17/17 at 10am. Immediately I began to feel nauseous and left work at noon. I threw up when I got home and it was the hash browns that came up. The hash browns and coffee was all I have eaten the entire day. I've had diarrhea all day and feel very weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
