I had a hot tea and vanilla cream filled donut 8 hrs later I have severe diarrhea vomiting uncontrollably fever body aches and headache 24 hrs later still very nauseous body aches fever headache and diarrhea. Last cream fill I will ever have here. Only place I have been to in 6 days and I haven’t eaten out in over a week so no doubt what it was from | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Body Ache
