- comments: bulk ingredient containers in storage room are not labeled. Instructed to label and maintain.

- comments: found approximately 100 mice droppings on the side of the walk in cooler, 10 in the corner of the dry storage area and 20 in the corner behind the cooking equipment. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize the affected areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: the front double doors has a 1/2" gap in the middle and is not rodent/insect proofed. Instructed to seal gap and maintain.

- comments: wiping cloths and soiled cloths are not properly stored when not in use. Instructed to store in sanitizing solution (must be at the required ppm) or in a sealed bin/bag. Maintain same.

- comments: hand washing sink in front of the walk in cooler in the prep area does not turn off completely. Instructed to fix and maintain.

- comments: ceiling tiles, walls and light shields with food stains, dirt and dust build up. Instructed to detail clean all and maintain. -observed the interior of all of the floor drains and floors in the corners and under/around the storage racks in the storage area, walk in freezer and cooking/cooling equipment with dirt, debris and stains in the prep/storage and dish washing area. Instructed manager to clean and maintain the floor drains and floors throughout.
