My boyfriend and I went to for breakfast bagels, late in the morning of July 27. I ordered us both "thintastic" bagels with 2 egg white eggs in each bagels and turkey sausage with some special kind of mayonnaise and cheese. I began to feel sick shortly thereafter and ended up vomiting within two hours of dining, It started out with diarrhea but ended with vociferous and uncontrollable vomiting, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
