Yesterday/Today, Salsa from there Ate salsa and chips, nothing else. 6 hours later was throwing up, stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea. The salsa tasted off like tomato soup. Thought they just had bland, canned salsa. All that was coming up was salsa and chips. Possibly the onions had salmonella, which were recently recalled. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Vomiting
