Ordered Arroz con pollo, came with lettuce/pico/guac/sour cream and tortillas. Ate all of the above. On Thursday 12/12.
Woke up Saturday 12/14 and felt really bloated and just not great. By 10 am I was really feeling gross. After laying down and trying to avoid everything, I started Vomiting around 2pm. Which continued until about 10pm.
Sunday I felt Better, but still not 100%. My stomach has been off since then. I’ve had a limited appetite and have had waves of nausea....a week later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Loss of Appetite
