We had the seasonal tasting menu on Monday, March 25. ÉPURE is a lovely, high-end French restaurant and the meal was superb, but within a few hours I started to experience gastric discomfort, and 6 hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea, then had another bout 3 hours later. Had to remain in my hotel room for the next 48 hours, no appetite, and feeling quesy and weak. My partner, who shared the meal with me, had a similar reaction, fever and diarrhea although no vomiting. Is suspect it was the cheese course at the end of the meal, although I don't know for sure. The meal included about a dozen courses. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Fever, Loss of Appetite
