- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings scattered throughout premises such as rear storage area-under table,in between merchandise boats,dog food. Sales floor- on shelving units-candy,under pop cooler,chip display unit,on top of jars of cheese suace, pasta sauce,on floor behind pallet next to ice cream freezer,electrical outlet behind pop cooler,seasonal aisle,baskets. Cashier area- in window sills,on top of stuff animal on floor in same area. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/21/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citqation issued)

- comments: observed a gap along center bottom of double front doors must make doors tight fitting to prevent rodent entry.

- comments: must clean dust & debris build up at service counter shelving units,all display shelves throughout premises,all coolers and freezers.

- comments: observed hot running water temperatures on premises at hand sinks in men's and women's toilet room ranging from 56. 4f-57. 2f and mopsink-56. 8f. Must have hot running water at 100. 0f.
