Purchased a Family meal for the family but I am the only one is sick. I ate the salad and the lasagna and tiny bit of fettuccine Alfredo with bread sticks. I am the only one who ate salad and I am the only one experiencing symptoms- diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain and cramping, numbness lips.
