A pre made ham and cheese sandwich I got a pre made sandwich here on 9/11/2022 which was in a sealed container. I believe it was the tomatoes that made me sick. I opened the sandwich and noted that the small sliced tomatoes were shriveled up and old looking and dehydrated. I took took them off and did not eat them. I also noticed the cheese was wet and smush ie. seems like the deteriorating tomato juice impacted the rest of the sandwich. I ate nothing else because I just was not hungry and at 2am woke up with upset intestines and needed to go to the bathroom 3 times over 1 1/2 hours. The diarrhea continued another 24 hours about six times and probably isn’t completely over. Not very hungry either | Symptoms: Diarrhea
