- comments: observed approximately 50 mouse droppings scattered throughout classrooms in facility behind shelving and on shelves in unused classroom. Instructed person in charge to remove, sanitize, and maintain all areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed ecessive items stored on floor throughout facility and in closets. Instructed person in charge to organize and elevate all items at least six inches from floor for the prevention of pest harborage.
