- comments: observed approximately 65 mice droppings throughout the facility (15 dish washing area on top of the gallons of butter sauce, 20 prep area on bottom shelves, 10 in the office on the floor, and 20 in the front service area on the floor and underneath the counter) and approximately 25 small black flies in the dish washing area(5) and on the 3 tier rolling cart(20).
