- comments: observed both hand washing sinks not accessible. Observed front hand sink with a broom and shoes stored in front of sink basin,rear hand sink had a bucket,plunger,scrubbing pads,gloves inside of basin and

- comments: must provide a lid on garbage can in unisex toilet room.
