- comments: observed 15 mice droppings scattered on the floor and shelving underneath the steam table, noted 10 mice droppings in between the wall and the walk-in freezer, noted 10 mice droppings on the floor in the corner of the office. Must remove and detail clean affected areas. Call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must clean the interior of the reach in display cooler, inside the walk in cooler (shelves,walls and fan covers).

- comments: floors need cleaning throughout, along the wall base, and in corners, and especially where droppings were noted. Also clean the walls behind the rear storage area shelving and the front prep area to remove food splatter. Also clean air vent cover and heating vents throughout to remove dust and debris.
