On 06/02/2016, at about 12:30 PM, I ate at Five Guys Burgers. I had the cheese burger with pickle, mayo, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard.
I also had a Power Aid drink.

About two hours later, I had extreme diarrhea, with stomach pain, that lasted about an hour. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
