Three of us went to their this afternoon around 3:15 and ordered a small cheeseburger (one each for 2 of us), and a Kosher Hot Dog for the other. The only common ingredient that we all had were the grilled onions. We all had some fries as well. One of us didn't make it home before there was a case of diarrhea, while two of us had severe diarrhea once we got home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
