At 730am I had breakfast at my house, 2 eggs, grits and 2 biscuit with a slice of ham. This was my only meal prior to purchasing a little cheeseburger with fries approximately 5pm. I ate the fries driving home about 15 minutes. I ate the burger at my kitchen table. I laid down about 630p on my couch because I felt full. I watched Family Feud and I told my mom that my stomach was hurting. She went and got me some tums. I chewed one and I laid there for another hour or so, then I went and got in the bed. My stomach was still hurting. I drank water and I tried to move my bowels. Nothing happened. I dozed off to sleep. About 326am I felt nausea and I began to vomit and vomit and vomit. Then I had diarrhea. I return to bed, still with a stomach pains. I got up to vomit some more about a hour later. About 715a I looked at the clock because I usually get up to go to church. I did not feel like it. My mom came downstairs about 9 am to see how I was doing. I told her that my stomach still hurt and that I had diarrhea and vomiting going on. I stayed in the bed all day Sunday. I continue to vomit with bouts of diarrhea until approximately 6p. My brother went to get me some Gatorade to restore some electrolytes. I got up Monday at 320 am to get ready for work. Before I left my house at 5am I had some more diarrhea issues. I am at work exhausted. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
