This morning I bought the tomato and spinach Health Choice simply steamers. I couldn't finish the complete meal. I started getting The shakes. The rest of the day I was back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps. This meal was the only thing that I ate today outside of my normal diet.
