High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 3 live roaches on bag of rice , 5 live roaches on liquid fry oil, one at rear door. Operator killed roaches and sanitized area.
High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed glass cleaner and methanol gel fuel stored with black beans and salt,and evaporated milk can.
High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed at outside mop sink.
