Opened refrigerated jar of Member’s Mark Mango Salsa with BEST USED BY date APR 14 2022 and used a small amount in cooking with no consequence. The jar was returned to refrigerator promptly. The next day, ate cold from refrigerator on tortilla chips, in late in evening. Woke up the next morning with headache, nausea, stomach cramping, feverish, chills, and vomiting that lasted til evening.Close observation shows air bubbles in the undisturbed product near the bottom of the jar. DO NOT EAT served from the jar, and eat cooked at your own risk! | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills
