I ordered a hot steak and cheese sub with mushrooms for take-out. I started feeling sick around 6 hours later and spent the next 24 hours battling bouts of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting began to subside about a day later but the diarrhea continues. Someone else in my family ordered a hot steak and cheese sub without mushrooms and was fine, so I believe it may have been the mushrooms that made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
