- comments: observed build up on and around ice machine located in teacher's lounge. (ice is not used for human consumption). Instructed person in charge to clean, sanitize and maintain.

- comments: observed approximately 6 mouse droppings in storage closet cluttered with gym equipment in lunchroom storage area. Observed approximately 5 dropping in cluttered storage room closet outside of pre-k classroom #114. Observed approximately 3 dropping in teachers lounge along wall base under ice machine area. Instructed person in charge to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Suggested servicing from pest control. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a).
