On Tuesday 9/3 at approximately 5 pm, I ordered a Tossed salad with brisket, spring mix, cheddar jack, cilantro, pico de gallo, sour cream, grilled pepper and onions, creamy jalapeno sauce, ranch dressing, guacamole. When I woke up the next morning, I vomited many times and had diarrhea and a slight fever. I stayed in bed all day. It is now the morning of 9/5 and I still have diarrhea and feel weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Fever
