I had a six bowl of mashed cauliflower, herb chicken, sweet potato and green beens with No sauce. For the first hour, after eating, I didn’t feel anything but I started to get some cramps, an really bad migraine and extreme needs to go to the bathroom and now I’m going to the bathroom every 5 minutes and it’s horrible.
