I ordered the salmon panini with a side of mashed sweet potatoes along with the salmon hush puppies. Approximately 1.5 hours later I began to experience severe stomach cramping, dizziness, diarrhea, chills, while sweating profusely. I believe something was wrong with the salmon in my sandwich, because my boyfriend also had the sweet potatoes and salmon hush puppies along with his black bean burger and he was fine. All of my symptoms point to Scombroid poisoning. I’m almost 24 hours post consumption and I’m still nauseated and fatigued. I do not with this on anyone and will never consume anything from there ever again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue, Sweating, Cramps
