I had purchased a macaroni salad and a BBQ pork sandwich one evening. I had not ate that day and was very hungry. I seen the BBQ sandwich, which I was hesitant to but , because it was pork, but I did.Got home ate sandwich and had a little of salad. That night went to bed, at about 6 or 7 in the morning, I woke up knowing I was going to be sick, sure enough. I threw up the BBQ sandwich, n continued for 5 hours. My throat was so raw as I couldn't stop throwing up. I called my Dr an he said , nothing you can do. Just take something for your stomach.
I had reached out to them, made a complaint,. A person from insurance company or from Fry's Kroger reached out. He gave me the run around, said it was the food vendor , Papa John's, that's right, pizza company. I have the letter he sent, putting blame on them. I called, they said they never sold anything to Kroger stores, ever. So , someone is responsible, but the guy from Kroger, does not return my emails or calls. This is unexcusable, I am the victim here, not Kroger. To this day, vJan 2 2023, I have not heard anything from them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
