My 2 children and I yesterday 4th of November 2018 had lunch at Genki Sushi Orchard Central level 4 we took a bite on the shrimp fritter and instantly felt that it was undercooked I called the waitress to inform and the kitchen replaced me with a new plate of shrimp fritter we decided to pack the shrimp fritter home at night I refried the shrimp fritters in the air fryer and me and my 2 children ate it this morning my daughter had very bad abdominal pain and feeling unwell she vomited shortly I had a call from my sons school to fetch him early because he ran a high fever of 38.6 he vomited after we returned from clinic i had stomach upset and diarrhoea 3x since 11am and now feeling bloated kindly investigateThank you | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
